![]() Look at your frames, it tells you everything right there. Showing 51% or more was made/put together or finished here in the states. But they are stamped with a US city and state. Same with the Springfield.Įveryone crys and complains they are all 100% Brazilian made. Both of my Glcoks 17/23 say GA USA, Meaning again by law at least 51% of that gun was made, touched up, assembled or what have you to legally be stamped with US on it. 'Made in the US' the frame/marking must say so. All Glocks are made in Austria! By law if something is made in one place ie. All Glocks are made in Austria! A year or so ago there was a rumor on Glocktalk that said Glock was applying for the permitting needed to manufacture in the states.Ĭurrently sold outside the US but will eventually be sold here. It's my understanding that the tenifer finish is not legal to 'make' in the USA per EPA regs. The new USA Made Glocks have 4 letters and 3 numbers and will say 'US' on the slide and frame. No, the US in the serial number is from older generation Glock pistols. The usual two or three letters, with three numbers, and then US. ![]() I´ve seen some Glocks with S/N ending with 'US'.
